Kevin's Machine Shop (NAPA), in Crawfordville is about the only place I would consider locally, but I've never seen his port work. He's done a valve job for me and I was happy with that quality. There is a really good shop in Warner Robbins GA, Killians Porting Service, I've seen his work and it's excellent. He's on the web, reasonable, $400.00 to port a set of heads, not including cleaning, valve job, etc.

Crawfordville Highway South. Keep going until you hit CrawfordVille. NAPA is in a strip mall on the left. Kind of hard to miss, considering that Crawfordville is I believe about a two stop light town.
