yeah, guys on BOTH sides of that argument had no clue what they were talking about. My favorite was the guy that said that Z06's ran 12.9's at best and C5's ran high 13's to 14's. But that 11secC5 guy cleared that up in the end. It was a big waste of time though... nothing really good in all of that.

Damn that was funny. I do have to say FAST is FAST no matter what wheel is doing the pulling/pushing. I wanted to respond to so much from both sides of that story as a mecahnic to call them on their BS and lack of knowlege. OFW suck is life.

there was a accord '95 ish at the SCCA otehr sunday and that fuker was fast. he was right on a Z06's ass. i havnt seen the times post yet. thing really suprised me. and the Z06 is one of the fastar big cars out there and was on Hoosiers. anything is possible. :lol:

Keep in mind SOLO 2 autocross is not exactly a course for a Z06 or any high powered sports car to perform well in. Those courses are very tight with no real room to get on the gas. That is why the Accord, Miatas, Neons do so well.

I couldn't make it past the first page in that thread. All I kept hearting was how good of a competitor the accords were and they actually had balls. :roll:

like i was saying to someone earlier...that accord, although quick for a 90-93, beat a ZO6 with a full car....yet he only runs 13.20 on slicks (driver only) at the track....so he obviously ran some dickwad moron who cant drive his ZO6 for shit
