so i go see presence and syliva tonight. everyone is standing there watching. thats it. no movement, no pit, just standing there. when there is movement its a bunch of queers just jumping up and down.

long story short, i try on 3-4 occasions to start a pit, with much reistance from the crowd, and every more from security. i make fun of security, over and over and over and over, and they get mad. last song of the night i bum rush the crowd and start a huge pit, and get kindly escorted out

ive never seen a bunch of worthless faggots like at a tallahassee music show.

No shit. Best show AND best pit I've ever been in was Static-X, Linkin Park, Staind, and Stone Temple Pilots on the family values tour a few years back. That was an incredible concert.

theres too many "hardcore kids" at the shows i go to who wanna "dance" rather than mosh like real men...and then majority of local bands are soft fucking emo pop crap which really sucks because thats half of what we get for free shows at FSU...if i can find someone for them to play with theres a band in Jax i wanna get out here whos pretty hardcore...just gotta force the "dancers" to mosh

I watched a big punk kid knock someone flat at a show at the "old" Beta Bar... now THEY used to have some serious mosh pits. I still haven't been to their "new" location. The old building was the ultimate hole in the wall.

last pit I remember seeing was at 1991 lollapalooza at the lakewood. two were going down by the stage, swirling like small hurricanes in opposite directions. I went in one and came out the other side beat the fuck up. never saw anything like that in tallahasse :lol:

The only time I ever go to a concert and actually see a pit is outside of tallahassee. The last pit I was in was taste of chaos tour in jacksonville, I went to a slipknot concert but it was stadium seating. Everytime I attempt to start a pit a bouncer gets pissed off :shrug:
