Where should I go to get these installed? I called nationwide and they quoted me $200 plus parts and that seems a little steep.

I am going to put it like this. I can install gears for 200 bucks. My boss can set up your gears to last and be as quiet as possible for 300. Do the math. I will put it to ya'll like this. I work in the shop and have watched him do litterally 100 rear diffs in a year with only one comeback and that was because the person didn't let the gears break in properly. I know that because I raced that truck the next day. I know that he actually uses a dial indicator on them and have watched him take a diff apart 3 times to add or remove shims to get it right. Will that 200 dollar person do that?

I've had Paul do mine twice, it didn't make a sound the first time and the new set up doesn't make a sound either.

Sound isnt everything. I have seen gears shred and not make a noise till the metal ate up the bearings. Hell my rear end didn't make any noise untill the day it totally went out. I know I damaged it a week before when I snatched on the Mercedees sideways. I am not downing Pauls work, he does good work. I am going on expierence and what I have watched Joe do.
