He got slated against Jeremy first round. Not really much you can do but hope for a redlight or a crazy wheelstand comedown blowing out the struts again.

Yes, I felt like a guy with a knife at a gun fight. I only got one good run during the t&t and qualifing runs with an 11.05 and ran a 11.09 against Jeremy. Car was not hooking up only had 1.50's short times & I had a bad clutch cable that kept me from hitting 3rd gear. I did have a great time for most of the time up there.

I wish my truck ran 11.05 on a bad day.

There's gotta be a way of getting more out of your car without dropping some serious coin, Kinson. As your newly self-appointed crew chief, I say we figure it out and try to get at least a 10.5 out of your car.

I have left the car in Atlanta so Greg (not you, Greg smae Greg that work with Scaro this past weekend) can work on getting more out of the car. I did have parts for a new motor that he will try to use along with going carb. So I might have some EFI parts for sell if anybody's in the market.

I might just have to go to Bristol after all.

So I might have some EFI parts for sell if anybody's in the market.yeah i'd like:
--the cai(i only assume you have one)
--mass air flow pieces, although unless the maf is made for stock sized injectors it won't help.
-----maf-sensor, computer, wiring harnesses--all the parts to do a speed density to mass air conversion (not sure if you'd still need the computer)
--the intake manifold would prolly be to rich for my blood....as would the throttle body(assuming you have a bigger than stock one).

shoot me a PM or just make a thread in the FS section when you get the parts off. thanks

Faster but more importantly cheaper to tune the car. The EFI would be faster but at a much high cost to finally get there.
Most everyone has gone to the carb. Rich Grow and Gene Hindman which both run the NMRA series are EFI but at FFW carb is king (i.e. Jeremy, Peterson, Scaro all 9.50's). :kinson:
