could be low on freon but 134a seems to do that in a lot of cars also radiator fan may not be pulling enough air through it

could be that your low as mentoned. how old is your truck? do you stil lhave manual fan clutch on it? i bet that has part to do with it too. go let jscwm service it or whoever. probably could use a lill oil in the system anyway. change the orfice tube too. general rule is that after your truck is warmed up shut the engine off and if the fanclutch spins more than couple of times then i would replace it. but make sure the rad is upto operating temps before checking.

Sounds like the Electric fans are not moving enough air across the condensor. Are they on all the time or just when the rad is hot? Also is there a shroud so the E fans pull across the whole condensor? I think it sounds like a cooling problem with the condensor. Usually I say USUALLY when the freon is low it will not cool at speed cause the Compressor is moving so fast that it sucks it down so fast that the low pressure switch kicks in ao it cant run long enough to cool.

Then fans are thermostat controlled.....Got it set to come on at normal operating temp...Should I Set it lower...so the fan comes on sooner??? Also,I dont have the shroud on the fan....Should I put it back on?

is this the first summer you have had the e-fans? if so you should look at your head pressure. should not be over 300 on the red / high side but 250 is more acceptable. fan shorud will def help. wash you condensor out too. if you drive on dirt roads...
