Someone wants to convert his 'stang to coil overs
I've got a garage & a SHITLOAD of tools and nothing to do on Sunday's
If he buy's pizza & I supply the space & tools (and Corvette rides  )
Is this something TMCA can do?????
I've read the directions..... pretty easy install & I'm sure he'll do most of the work himself....
Any Thoughts on some sunday's we get togeather & work on someone's car???? I'm in!!!

I think It's BULLSHIT but I changed it!!!

I would enjoy TMCH throwing up in my back yard on saturday nights....in the hopes we could make one (American) car run a little faster, one car, one weekend at a time!!!

looks like my front rotors are warped again. cheap things. and my backs need new pads. the cost to have a shop do both would be as much as just buyin the cobra brake upgrade and slappin it on. i'll probly tackle that in the next month or so.

Yeah, you can pretty much count me out of any suspension shit for the rest of my life. I hate my car and hate my suspension and I'm dreading having to get back under there soon to fix shit.

Out of curiosity, who is this someone you speak of, what brand of c/o's, and what year and model Stang is it?

This is fucking crazy. I would like to stock vending machines with you.

Edit: Do you plan on tracking the car?? I would tend to think you would have been fine with a conventional system over c/o's and could have saved a lot. And, like T Wyly said, get a 8.8 and don't waste money on the 7.5.

oh i can't afford that system now. its like $1500. i have to fix my brakes first.

i guess i should ask...what are the advantages/disadvantages to coilovers in ur opinion?

i know the ride quality is different....but i thought they were height adjustable to an extent. i know about bryant's coilovers and that sits low..

It all depends on the style and spring rate(i.e. 14" 175lbs coilovers here and they are soft). If you still want ride quality then stick with a stiffer spring.

the MM's i was lookin at are 10" tall and 350lbs rate.
