June 10 Osceola Heritage Park - Kissimmee, FL
June 11 return to Osceola Heritage Park for Long Hauler Award and Photo

June 9th is a Thursday so Id imagine many will not be able to ride it all the way from AL to Kissimmee. We need a game plan for those going all the way and those stuck in town...Discuss.

i've take friday off and was planning on riding down to kissimmee, but now i'm starting to wonder if there is a fairground event on thursday and they leave from there? or leave on friday for kissimmee.

Im planning on meeting in Birmingham and cruisin with em at least to Tallahassee, maybe all the way to Kissimmee. And Ben will be wit me with the camera assuming his truck isn't done (2008).

Im still thinking of of heading up to Nashville and cruising down to Tally with em. Its only $20 a day or ~$60 for a week when you pre-register. VERY TEMPTING!

The HOT ROD Magazine Power Tour will leave from the previous night’s venue at 9:00am sharp to travel to the next city/venue EXCEPT when we leave from Birmingham. Departure time will be 8:00am from Birmingham Race Course due to the time change just before Tallahassee.

So theyll be rolling to I-10 and 319 by prolly what 1-2pm ??

it is my understanding the tour gets to birmingham on around 12-1 pm on the 8th, then they have the big ass car show, spend the night in birmingham, and leave for tally on the 9th getting here around 12-1 pm

i plan on getting to al around 2 on the 8th, checking out but not entering the show. partying that night, and sleeping in my car (or a hotel if enough people go to keep the cost down). then cruising to tallahassee with them, coming home, changing tires, and going to the fair grounds and entering the show here.

I'll be there... whether its in a '95 or an '02 has yet to be seen. I'm gonna flog that tranny for the next week though to see if it'll hold up to ~750 miles or so of cruisin'.
