My dad was CEO of RSKCo, they do all the Risk Management for about 80%of the Forbes 500 US companies. RSKCo was recently bought by Cunningham Lyndsey, a multinational insurance company and they pay him to go around telling all of RSKCo's clients that the sale/merger is a good thing and then exlplains why. He plays a lot of golf too.

My Dad is Senior Vice President of Medical Security Card, Inc. MSC is a company based in Tuscon that provides Prescription drug benifits to people with Medic-Aid Suppliment health insurance. AKA: Gets paid alot of money toplay alot of golf and go to alot of nice places.

but to be fair;

my dad works on a plantation north of town that is strictly used for hunting. he is the dog trainer and carperter on the place. he probably doesn't get paid as much as some of you guys dads, getting flown all over, playing golf, etc. but he gets to chill out in the woods doing whatever hunting and fishing he wants to do. plus he doesn't have to pay to live there, it's "all expenses paid" so to speak. it's pretty tight though, 10,500 acres of nothing but woods and ponds.

My dad runs a Used Medical X-ray Equipment biz in Quincy. Diagnostic Parts Exchange. He use to be in the full service side of X-ray, new and used plus supplys. But in 1998 sold A&W X-ray for around 2 million. And started DPX on the side. Owns many many pieces of property around leon, gasden, and wakulla county. He loves to hunt and gamble. Tonight he flys out to go huntin somewhere again. He once took me huntin in South America (bird hunting :)).

My dad is a retired banker. He was a Senior Vice President of the no longer existing Southeast First National Bank of Miami. You south Florida guys may know the old building, right on Brickell Ave in downtown Miami. I have many fond memories of meeting him there for lunch while he consumed 2 or 3 Vodka Martinis.

My pops owns a couple of his own business where he works on cars while his customers are at work. Its a mobile repair shop. If someone needs their oil changed, they call him and he changes it in the parking lot of their office. Thats just an example, he does all kinds of stuff. Pretty cool if you ask me. He also owns a lawn care business that is just starting off but should take flight nicely.

Well, first off he live is ATL. I dont think he wants it to get big enough where he needs to hire someone. There are alot of things he would have to change and personally, I dont think he trusts anyone good enough to turn them loose with his name on the line, not even me. He is a perfectionist and it has to be his way. Maybe thats where I got it from. :lol:
