now it wont budge. it doesnt even make an attempt

did you replace the motor? I know they make a aluminum gear now instead of the cheap plastic that may help too..

i think i fixed it

think

when i disconnected the wiring harness for it this morning (in the rain), there was so much corrosion and shit in it that one of the prongs for the headlight motor was pretty much disenegrating. so i ghettoed up a new wiring harness for it and it works now

lets see how long this last

You could trade it in on a camaro......
I don't have a problem with my pop up headlights....
